Older piece from Fall 2005, and one of my favorites.

For those of you who are still going off the old Lock writing/images I used to post, please forget about all of that. They're different now.
If you want to know, a rough draft of sorts is up on my LJ (liquidoblivion).

There may have been some writing to this, but I've long since forgotten it.

I'll upload a larger version later, I don't have my flash drive with me at the moment.

Ohh, that's gorgeous. I can tell why this is one of your own favorites. It's done so well, from the black creatures to the alternate-style butterflies, to their butterfly "jar".

Your sense of anatomy and perspective are always brilliantly evident in your work. I love seeing older works from artists as well - and what's not to love about Locks?

I've a few things. When I have the time and the drive, things come together. It's been a year since I did this piece, and I've been too busy to do anything but doodle. Maybe people can understand why I get frustrated, at the very least.
